[b]The core functions of RimVali.[/b]
This mod does nothing on it's own, however it contains many tools used in RimVali and other mods by me (Nesi),
so rather then re-write them each time, they're kept here.
[b]What does this framework do?[/b]
It features a race framework able to use 3 color masks, and a few other things I felt HAR was lacking. (It's by no means a "Do everything" like HAR is, though. It's tailored to be very specific about what it does.)
Adds several tools, such as one for basic animation.
By itself, this mod does nothing.
