Pistolero: 7.62x38R (CE Only)
Adds a few variations of the Nagant M1895 revolver to Rimworld for use with Combat Extended.
Combat Extended includes 7.62x38R ammunition for the only firearm to use this odd cartridge: the M1895 Nagant revolver. The M1895's unique gas-seal system requires a special cartridge that seats the bullet inside the case. This improves velocity and allows the M1895, unlike other revolvers, to make effective use of sound suppressors.
Russia adopted the Nagant as their standard military sidearm during the reign of Czar Nicholas II and produced more than 2 million over the next 50 years.
The original Russian loading of 7.62x38R claimed to throw a 7g (108 gr) bullet at more than 305 m/s (1,000 ft/s), which are pretty impressive numbers for a 19th century revolver.
The mod includes three versions of the M1895:
* The classic full-size, double-action model.
* The shortened NKVD model for concealed carry.
* The NKVD model equipped with a suppressor.
