[img]https://i.imgur.com/mcSOzKa.gif[/img] CE patch in early development Description [b]Adds 24 Adeptus Astartes armour sets, 10 melee weapons and 12 ranged weapons.[/b] [b]Also adds 7 space marine chapters as factions (each troop enhanced by the extractable Gene-Seed).[/b] This includes 7 chapter themed sets of Power Armour, Scout Armour and Terminator Armour and 1 set that can be recoloured with Dubs Paint mod. There are 2 variants of the Power Armour helmets available for crafting for those who prefer the 'classic' space marine helmets. Crafting of the weapons and armour requires their respective end game research projects towards the end of the tech tree. [b] Armours: [/b] - Blank - Ultramarines - Salamanders - Blood Angels - Black Templars - Dark Angels - Imperial Fists - Space Wolves [b] Ranged Weapons: [/b] - Bolter - Storm Bolter - Heavy Bolter - Plasma Rifle - Plasma Pistol - Plasma Cannon - Meltagun - Heavy Flamer - Autocannon - Missile Launcher - Sniper Rifle - Shotgun [b] Melee Weapons: [/b] - 1H & 2H Power Swords - 1H & 2H Power Axes - 1H &2H Thunder Hammers - Power Fist - Lightening Claw - Power Maul - Chainsword [b]Weapon and armour stats aren't final[/b] as I intend to tweak them when I get the chance (Terminator Armour will be more expensive but also much more powerful). They are friendly by default and will not raid you until 180 days into a playthrough. [b]All space marines[/b] will spawn with lore friendly names, strong combat stats and phase 5 Gene-Seeds. If you do decide to make enemies of them to conduct non consensual extractions of the precious Gene-Seeds and start your own chapter, you best be prepared. [b]All scout marines[/b] will spawn with lesser combat stats and phase 1 Gene-Seeds to reflect their lore as space marines in training. They will make slightly easier targets though will utilise smart attack and sapper strategies with their close and long range arsenals. Space Marines will always assault your colony [b]via drop pod[/b]. [b]Ranged Tactical Squads[/b] will drop at the edge of the map and attack immediately allowing them to mow down any stragglers as they sprint towards your unprepared defences. [b]Melee Assault Squads[/b] will strike directly at the heart of your colony equipped with power weapons and ready to remove limbs from any colonist not clad in power armour of their own. [b]Scattered Assaults[/b] composed of both ranged and melee space marines can also drop across the map leaving anyone not within the walls of your colony at great risk of being overwhelmed and picked off. Gene-Seed In attempt to be faithful to the lore the Gene-Seed is installed in 5 phases that reflect the process of implanting Gene-Seeds into initiates. All surgeries require [b]5 Glittertech Medicine[/b] (carried by space marines). A Gene-Seed must first be 'planted' and then further Gene-Seeds can be 'installed' to progress to the next phase. [b]Phase 1[/b] Mass +100 Max HP +100 Super human strength (currently expressed via 200% manipulation) (I intend to add a custom strength dmg multiplier once I learn more about modding) Moving +100% Blood Pumping +100% [b]Phase 2[/b] Mental Break Threshold -0.5 Bleed Factor 0.2 (5x slower) Natural Healing Factor x10 Blood Pumping +50% Rest Factor 0.5 (half as much rest needed) [b]Phase 3[/b] Immunity to food poisoning Blood Filtration +100% Immunity Gain Speed +200% Metabolism +100% Breathing +100% Sight +100% Hearing +100% [b]Phase 4[/b] Toxic Sensitivity 0.8 Hunger Rate Offset 0.5 (hunger grows at half speed) Fire Resist +100% Fire Resist Insulation +/- 100 [b]Phase 5[/b] Armour- Sharp +80%, Blunt +80%, Heat +100% [b]Primaris Gene-Seed[/b] Company captains will spawn with a secondary ‘Primaris Gene-Seed’ which is essentially an extra Gene-Seed with some special sauce. Known Issues - Some files (e.g. sounds) come from the Royalty DLC. Royalty does not need to be enabled to use this mod though I believe you may have to have it installed for everything to work as intended. - Issues with Ideology generation for factions (showing as blank when selecting ideologies).
