The Psycast Upgrade Framework allows for the upgrading of any psycast. This mod does nothing by itself, however, and only acts as a platform for other mods to add leveled psycasts.
The below mod is a showcase of the Psycast Upgrade Framework. Modders are encouraged to use the mod as an example on how the Psycast Upgrade Framework works.
