The thumbnail is taken with Erin's.
Applied via styling station like other tattoos. Require ideology.

Q: Why I can't find the tattoos in styling station interface?
A: Check the allowed tattoos in your ideo. You need to enable them either when creating ideology or edited with dev mode.
