Xeva Faction Apparel - Upscaled

HD Upscaled and redrawn version of Xeva Faction's Apparel & Armors

- Three times the texture quality!
- Completely redrawn by hand then upscaled to match modern modded texture quality.
- FULL DDS Support! All textures have DDS included to use with "Graphic Settings+"
- Some redesign's to fit the vanilla body types.
