PLA Steel Torrent Patches
Patches/fixes/changes for PLA Steel Torrent. I may include more balancing and fixing in the future if needed.
Place What the Hack!? after all PLA mods and this patch. It prevents WTH from altering, it doesnt revert it.
Changes:
Combat Extended:
-Reduced ZTZ99 Tank armor, even halfing it still makes it invulnerable to almost all attacks...
-Reduced power of 125mm shell, would obliterate anything, and still technically does...
-Reduced Damage of 23x115mm Soviet AmmoSet
-Reduced Damage of 30x165mm Soviet AmmoSet
Patches Include:
- What the Hack!? - PLA now works alongside it.
- Also includes Mechanoid Foundry.
(i.e it doesnt disable the PLA Vehicles from working, the vehicles arent mechanoids, WTH should not touch them at all)
