Shuttle Cloak

This mod adds a cloaking system to passenger shuttles. Shuttles equipped with a cloaking device can temporarily vanish from enemy targeting, breaking hostile targeting and remain hidden for a period of time. Cloaking consumes stored energy and enters a cooldown when disengaged. I made this mod because I like going to modded maps with a ton of enemies like those in Ancient Urban Ruins and Real Ruins. It was annoying that I had to baby sit my shuttle instead of focusing on the content. I ended up taking one of the pack animals half the time, leaving the shuttle in the dock. Cloaking is pretty strong so I made sure there was some cons. Pros: Cloaking will break enemy target Enemies will ignore your shuttle Colonist can remain in shuttle while hidden The cloaking device has a built in power system that recharges over time on its own. You can take off in your shuttle while cloaked, when you land, the shuttle will be cloaked. You can toggle the cloak on/off even on the world map. Auto uncloak toggle that can have the shuttle uncloak itself when landing on a home map. Cons: Shuttle is invisible, not invincible. It can still take damage from random shots or AoE damage. The cloaking device is limited to 3 days(similar to a 3 day campsite). It takes 1 day to fully recharge. The same requirements for shuttle take off applies to cloaking. A colonist is required to cloak AND uncloak. The cloaking device will automatically shut off and start recharging if it runs out of energy. Cloaking has a 1 hour cooldown(similar to 1 hour launch cooldown). The cloaking device will be permanently destroyed if the shuttle is destroyed. Pawns will not service your shuttle while cloaked(No refueling or repairing), but you can still refuel from cargo. Since the device will be lost, I made it easier to obtain then a shuttle engine. You can buy them occasionally from outlander and empire settlements. They will appear sometimes in orbital traders like the shuttle engine. Once you have a cloaking device, select a pawn and right click on the shuttle to install. If a 3 day cooldown is still to short for you, you can increase it up 15 days in the mod settings. If thats still not enough, you can disable recharging altogether. The transparency can also be adjusted in the mod settings. Changing either will require a restart. Can it be installed mid-save? Yes Can it be removed mid-save? Yup What about mod support? There's automatic support for all modded shuttles. Well, unless they modded the shuttle to much. It goes invisible so what about performance? 1/4 of the code is dedicated solely to optimization. Luckily, its easier then pawns.
