Adds a Phaser Rifle, which hurt a lot, as a non-leathal, spacer-tech weapon. There is also a modified version which is a lot more deadly and two turrets for either of them.

This Mod adds weapons using Phaser technology, somewhat inspired by Star Trek. The standard issue Phaser Rifle is an accurate beam weapon which accelerates a stream of particles. These beams can be compared to a overpowered hot sandblaster. If its hits a being, who can feel pain, they will be in considerate pain, enough to incapacitate a Human after 2-4 hits. The standard version was intended to be used in urban environments or inside ships to disable aggressors without collateral damage.
There is also a illegal modification making it fire a focused, high energy beam, able to pierce through the skin and disintegrate body parts.
(But who will check that on the Rim)
Due to being spacer Technology it will need the Charged Shot research and quite a few recources.
If your colonists know how to build Gun Turrets, they are also able to strap one of these Rifles to a simple, automated turret. Although improper management by the simple AI will wear out the refined jade crystal.

A hit by this beam will 'just' cause significant burns and a lot of pain, as if stung by hundreds of needles and a burning smack in the centre.
[b] Phaser Rifle (Modified) [/b]
A rifle using Phaser technology with invasive and illegal modifications, due to the modifications will the focused beam pierce through the target and often even disintegrate parts of it. It only stings once, but afterward you might be missing an arm.
[b] Phaser Rifle (Scatter) [/b]
Three modified Phaser Rifles, strapped together with special scatter muzzles. Due to the modifications will the focused beam pierce through the target and often even disintegrate parts of it. It only stings once, but afterward you might be missing an arm. It also needs to be calibrated before each shot, poor shooting skill will result in high scatter.

NO Combat Extended Patch (I havn't used it yet, but fell free to make one. If someone actually makes a patch, please comment it and I will post it in the Description and maybe try to integrate it if allowed.)
