Adds lamps that turn off during the night (or day!).
Perfect for an artificial day/night cycle in a mountain/space base!
Day lamps are on from 6:00 to 18:00, while night lamps are on from 18:00 to 6:00.
To build them, you need to research coloured lights first.
While they are slightly more power efficient than regular lamps, they do still require some power, even during their inactive period.
