A RimWorld of Magic - Space-Time Mage Class

Adds the Space-Time Mage Class: Controllers of the space-time manifold. Their magic is designed to gain control of the battlefield, made to prevent enemies from reaching them, and is typically granted as part of a pact with with an extraplanar creature of similar abilities. Sometimes this pact marks a Space-Time Mage's soul in such a way that the a small piece of the being granting them their power becomes visble through the mage's eyes. This can be as benign as an odd eye color, or as overt as clocks for pupils. Since this is mereley a reflection of the soul, the effect persists, and is still visible should thier physical eyes be lost. Reverse blink is a custom version of summon that has it's stats changed to match blink, so at max, slightly less range than summon, but it's instant cast. They also have a signifigant reduction to cooldown and mana cost. The idea is you can pop around instantly all over the place, moving enemies where ever you want. Since they have no real direct damage spells, I think it's still kinda balanced; let me know what you think. Update: added a new ability learnable by scroll called Time Dilation; it might be OP... it multiplies all speed related stats by 4. So move four times as fast sleep four times as fast get tired four times as fast... etc... has support for dubs hygiene, so get dirty/thirsty four times as fast, and has support for CE, reload four times as fast. UPDATE UPDATE: Changed things again. Removed the MP and Cooldown effects from the trait, and added stronger versions to Time Dilation. And also changed time dilation to be set at 4X, no up or down, just a toggle, that now affects mp rate and cooldown. UPDATE: Changed time dilation to be something that the Space-Time Mage starts with. The spell scroll is still there for teaching it to Chronomancers. Let me know if you have any suggestions on how to balance it better. I didn't touch the joy and comfort needs, because I couldn't figure out a way to make them drop faster. Added another learnable ability; Time Jaunt. It's basically just global light skip, but it only brings along pawns standing next to you, LRUD, no diagnal, so at most the Space-Time Mage can bring along 4 other pawns, and their mounts if they have them. It costs more to use, has a longer cast time, has a much shorter cooldown, and can be used under a roof. The cost to make or buy the scrolls is about twice the cost of a normal master spell. I also added the two new spells as learnable by Chronomancers. (For Time Jaunt I copied Torran's code for Global Light skip to make the new ability) If you use the Eternal Youth Implant mod, then this class also stops aging. (They'll age normally up to 20, and then stay there, if they reverse time on themselves, they can get as young as 13, and stop regressing further) I might remove the ability to learn cantrips; let me know if you think that's too much of a nerf.
