This is a pre-built, plug-and-play example featuring a fully configured microcontroller tailored for Steam Diesel setups. It is currently a work-in-progress (WIP). This package includes the controller integrated with a complete hardware loop: furnace, boiler, fuel and water systems, power management, and ignition.
System Features:
Dual-Furnace Logic: Includes an electric pre-heater furnace that automatically shuts off once the primary diesel furnace reaches its target temperature.
Safety Killswitch: A master killswitch that instantly shuts all valves (Air, Fuel, and Exhaust) to fully isolate the system.
Precision Fluid Control:
Air & Fuel Intake: Valves managed to prevent over-consumption and ensure efficiency.
Coolant Throttle: A variable valve that organically regulates coolant flow into the boiler to prevent overheating.
Steam Throttle: Automatically opens only once the boiler hits target volume and the external pipe pressure is stabilized.
Pumping & Thermal Management: Lever-controlled targets for both boiler and furnace temperatures, with electric impellers integrated across every line that requires flow.
