Adds a new texture to binoculars, new artillery marker texture and radio chatter sounds when they are used.
Features:
- Adds unintelligible radio chatter sound when aiming binoculars - 3 lines for requesting fire mission and 2 lines for target confirmation
- Retextures binoculars and artillery marker texture to be more in line with current art style
- Replaces the equip sound with an electronic beep.
Video is a bit outdated, I reversed those aiming sounds to be more mumble-y. so that you can't make out English words.
Source files for sounds provided by Zapsplat website.
Known issue/feature: traits "Careful Shooter" and "Trigger-happy" mess with binoculars spotting time, which causes the voice pitch to be a bit higher/lower.
