USE Deep Stockpile and Storage
all stockpile is now work as deep stockpile and storage.
Some of the code is originally made by LWM, and modified by me.

How to use
1. Place Stockpile zone, or any storage building.
2. Toggle Deep Gizmo on
3. They work as Deep Storage.
