Vanilla XCOM Plasma Weapons

Adds vanilla-style plasma weapons from XCOM 2 and War of the Chosen, featuring custom gunshot sounds, aiming sounds and lots of beams.
These weapons are Ultratech, meaning they are superior to charge/magnetic weapons.
