Ever wanted to play Rimworld except it's got the same graphical and sound capabilities of a Game Boy? Ever wanted to ruin change the art style completely to a more retro feeling? Well look no further!
8 Bit Rimworld is a mod which allows you to adjust the render resolution of the game without it either being too small to see or blurry as all hell.
The mod will also modify the sound of the game, changing its bitrate and depth to match that early gaming era.
Mod settings will allow you to adjust everything about the mod:
Blend amount,
Resolution scale,
Audio bitdepth,
Audio bitrate.
Known bugs:
An resoultion that's not a 16:9 aspect ratio causes the game to render things where they aren't depending on how near the sides the thing is, I'm not sure why this is the case but the simple fix for now is to tell you not differ from 16:9. :)
Main menu visuals are normal.
