Adds a unique new animal to Rimworld with 6 forms- Crimson abakinars, Skeleton abakinars, Spotted abakinars, mudpuppy abakinars, Blacklight abakinars and the recently added Peacock abakinars. Abakinars are a cute little species of four-eyed, hexapedal skunk-like creatures. Their meat is toxic to other races, so if you kill one, watch out! Don't consume the butchered flesh!

6/11/2024- Updated for rimworld version 1.5, fixed an issue with egg colouring and an issue with leatherdefs not registering correctly. Error message of "item thingdef category not found" should be ignored. If I delete the item thingdfef category, the mod breaks
11/12/23- Fixed an error where the royal abakinar eggs not only were unfertilized, but also were being spawned as crimson abakinar eggs. I also edited the size of abakinar pups to make sure they were small and cute. :)
09/16/23- Fixed an error with the abakinars where they were not breeding or producing eggs. My fault! Now they can breed and you can have your own little abakinar farms! :)
09/20/22- Caravans not holding enough items? Royals now can hold up to 140kg on trips! Be warned though, they need a lot of food to keep up with their hefty abilities! Have fun going faster and carrying more supplies with your Royals!
09/19/22- Have you wanted to ride your abakinar? Now you can! Max's Abakinars now is compatible with all forms of Giddy Up!! There are also special saddles for the royals if you're able to tame them :)
09/18/22- Abakinars finally drop their own leather! Now you can make special area rugs and make clothes from the skins butchered from them!

09/12/22- A new subspecies has been spotted in the wild! The peacock abakinar type can be found in the same area as crimson abakinars, so keep an eye open for these colorful fellows in your playthorugh.
09/11/22- Be cautious if you butcher an abakinar now! They finally have their poisonous flesh which causes a new thought for pawns when eaten and food poisoning. Watch out!
What is an Abakinar?
An Abakinar is a species of six-legged alien similar to that of a platypus or an echidna. These cute creatures have two eyes facing forwards and two eyes facing to the side, giving them 340* vision. This goes for the Royal Abakinars as well.
Do you need the Royalty DLC to have this?
No. Royal Abakinars are called as such since they are the Queens, like with queen insects. I made this species back in 2012 and it's just a coincidence that these big guys are known as Royals.
Can there be more forms added?
Yes! I'm trying to think of more forms I can add, and I want to do a small overhaul of this mod in the future to make sure I can add more without it immediately making the computer have a stroke.
Are these an original species the creator of this mod has made?
Yes! As mentioned before, these creatures were made back in 2012 when I was a little kid. I decided recently to make this mod to be able to bring in a little species to use.
