Scenario: A Bad Day For the Company
Your isolated little town had its share of hardship and work, but after a year, things were stable and as members of the town malitia, made of expert and amateur alike, it was a good time to celebrate the anniversary of the town's establishment. There was plenty of alcohol and food to go around, but with your guard down after being drunk, the celebrations were interrupted by spying outlaws who attacked. With townsfolk fleeing and dying, your own men and women being slaughtered, your soldiers were outnumbered and pushed to flee. Grabbing what little you could, your company fled into the wilds... eventually passing out and awakening with splitting headaches and a split party. With barely anything to your inventory, save for the armor, weapons and booze... will you manage to survive and rebuild, or even find a way to reach the stars? Or will you perish like most towns and tribes, returned to the rimworld from once you took from? Only time will tell.
