A small mod inspired by both the vanilla expanded series and Tom Clancy's The Division
Adds various utility belts and "turrets" based on the gadgets used by Division agents

[*] Striker drones - A small drone with a gun, helps attack and distract
[*] Chem launchers - Canister gas launcher that affects both buildings and pawns
[*] Seeker mines - The most important one (not an explode on death boomalope reskin)

All items from this mod are meant to be a component sink that tries to slide between industrial and spacer tech
Enemies on the Rim are able to carry and use said gadgets (configurable in the settings)

[*] Zombieland - Seeker mines and various drones do not actively try to attack zombies, could be problematic when considering turrets that spawn said drones exist
