Adds devilweave, a lategame fabric made from devilstrand and hyperweave. It should be balanced for vanilla playthroughs as well, as its only slightly better from both of those textiles. I combined the best attributes and increased them by about 15-20%.
You can find devilweave through textile traders by a small chance. You can also craft it after researching microelectronics.
