New function added for anyone using XML Extensions▼
You can now toggle the ranged weapon function if you just want them to be melee tools!
If XML Extensions is not present the Matter Manipulators will function as ranged weapons by default!

No it is not CE Compatible as far as i know, someone mentioned a patch in the comments but i have no link.
And it definitely shouldn't be using .44 magnum i mean cmon its a energy based tool!!
If anyone knows any stat offsets from anomaly that you think should be added please post it in a discussion or comment and i will hopefully catch it. I do not own anomaly (because im poor af) sadge, but this is the reason i have not added any stat offsets for it.
