Description: Terraform Morrowrim Lava and Lava-related terrain into rocky soil. The crushed stone cost of converting from lava is very high (and there is no recipe to convert _to_ lava), and it is gated behind Fertile Fields' terraforming research. I've also included recipe paths, so that Fertile Fields' generic terraforming tools work seamlessly.
