Added commands in Nutrient Paste Dispenser to allow easy mass production of Nutrient Paste Meal.
Background
In Rimworld colonist can instantly craft a Nutrient Paste Meal when they are hungry.
There is a hack in the vanilla game that you can repeatedly draft/undraft a pawn to produce a large number
of NPMs.
It is quite a hassel to do it though.
This Mod Adds

Is this mod similar to Better Nutrient Paste Dispenser Controls?
Yes. I was using that mod until the author stopped updating it.
So I created this simple mod which basically does the same thing.
