Forked version of Gloomy hair mk2 for Biotech Gene system

Added the <category> and <styleTags> attribute tags at my own discretion to accommodate hair-limiting genes. Consequently, if you replace the original mod in an existing game, there is a possibility that some hairstyles may be swapped.
Additionally, the textures have been enhanced to high resolution and converted to DDS files.
