This mod allows for a fine-tune configuration of the tickrate in a Multiplayer game.
This can be especially useful in situations where performance is an issue - instead of being permanently tied to a lower speed now you'll be able to lower the tickrate just enough to have enjoyable performance.
Only works in Multiplayer games - has no effect whatsoever when playing single-player.
