High Tech Lab Retexture

Retextures everything but the counters from the High Tech Lab mod. You're late Freeman. This too was a commission, I should probably go out of my way to make an infographic on those to slap here. May or may not break a bit with Textures Expanded - Variations UPDATE: If you switch the textures to the ones offered by this mod it should work fine.
