Created for the Fallout Collaboration Project, the Wasteland just got a whole lot wilder with the inclusion of these massive, clawed, attractive, carnivorous creatures.
These "Deathcloids" exist on this Rimworld in various tribes all over. Some tribes tend to be a bit more "amicable" towards humanlikes even. [i]wink wink nudge nudge[/i]
However, due to their nature, Deathcloids tend to struggle with certain tasks when compared to other beings. Their massive claws make tasks that require careful manipulation a slow and difficult process. Their large bodies require much more food to maintain. And, they struggle quite a bit when it comes to mental and social tasks.
They more than make up for this however, thanks to their incredibly durable hides and razor-sharp claws. Which serve as very effective armor and weapons for overconfident assailants. Throw some Marine Armor on them, and you've got yourself a certified supersoldier. All without any of the questionable bio-engineering! They lay eggs too!
