Arctic Transport Truck v3_1

This truck is a specialized transport truck meant for arctic regions and climates. It comes equipped with a light duty crane with a max capacity of 5 tons. It also has fold out ISO container holders and a SIBTaT Standard fifth wheel.
WARNING: If too much weight is applied to the rear, The front wheels will stick up from the ground causing low traction.
A small note is that when using the fifth wheel make sure the container holders are NOT folded up. Also The hitch is 1-2 blocks too high so you might have trouble hitching up to things.
