Replaces the Hyperweave cost for crafting Tempestus Scion Carapace and Helmet with Cloth.
No other values are changed. This change will persist between updates unlike direct XML changes
Let me know if you would like a Hyperweave removal patch for any other mod. I hate Hyperweave.
