It features a hybrid system that allows it to fly on either electric power or diesel, which can come in handy in career situations, like if you are running out of diesel on your island. Or if you cannot afford the batteries, you can simply delete them.
Batteries can be jettisoned in flight to reduce weight once depleted. You get the money back when returning the heli to the workbench.
