Faction Relation Framework
This is a framework for mod developers that can let user making custom factional relations and set them to all factions.
Features:
- custom relation name, goodwill range, relation color, display value and much thing
- allow you set the relation's tendency to vanilla relations for vanilla and other mod's logic, like vassal tend to Ally
- allow you set the trade's buy and sell price multiplier according to your custom relation
- allow you add new options and modify vanilla options of commsconsole
- allow you add and modify sites and settlements' float menu options
