The three default turrets in RimWorld are still quite weak (Mini-turret, Auto-cannon, Uranium slug turret).
You can now adjust the data of the vanilla turrets in the settings. Among them, the Uranium slug turret adds a toggleable explosion effect, and the explosion range can also be adjusted in the mod settings.
Note, modifying durability (health points) requires restarting the game.
