Partially make `Rimedieval - Ice add-on` functional in 1.4
Fixed
- ice fridge cannot stop rotting
- broken description when clicking ice wall
Not fixed
- water freezing machanism not work
- no dig ice designation
Put this after Ice add-on, and just ignore the error log
