[1.5] Delmain Tweaks - Vanilla Fishing Expanded
Update for 1.6:
With a lot of these changes already imported into VE:Fishing itself and now fishing being made part of vanilla, this mod can be considered decommissioned. I will be leaving it here for anyone still using it (including myself, in my 1.5 saves), but there will be no update for 1.6.

Adds some cross-mod content for Vanilla Fishing Expanded.

[*] Adds a new Fast Fishing Precept option for those using Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Memes and Structures
[*] Updates the Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Memes and Structures TackleBox to use the new Fishing Catch Speed skill
