Adds in Metasteel, a Metallic alloy used in the construction of Void-Borne warships in an age long since past. Now commonly used for body armor on Outer Rimworlds.

I mostly made this mod because I want to keep the aesthetics of having medieval plate armor while being able to resist rifle fire from CE mods; absolutely NOT balanced against vanilla threats.
Minor tweak:
No longer has Sharp values far exceeding Royalty swords, and is now slightly lighter.
