This mod is an extension of the
[url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3657705987] Simple Mending [/url], allowing pawns to mend their equipped apparel and weapons (even forced-equipped ones) at the mending bench. This makes life easier for players who typically assign specific clothing and weapons to each pawn.
The mending speed defaults to 50% of that in Simple Mending. Self-mending work is categorized under the "Basic" work type, so pawns do not need to be assigned to Mending to perform self-mending. Allowed items and raw materials will remain consistent with the mending bench settings.
The self-mendable durability range has an upper and lower limit (default 20%–80%), considering mending frequency and balance, respectively.
Compatible with [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=927155256] Simple sidearms [/url] and
[url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1279012058] Pick up and Haul [/url]; when the Simple sidearms mod is present, it will mend all primary and secondary weapons carried by the pawn, excluding temporary weapons.
Before removing the mod, please ensure that no pawns are currently performing self-mending (perhaps by drafting all pawns). It is recommended to report bugs and compatibility issues in the pinned discussion area for faster responses.
