Pump wagon for use with the tanker wagon mk4. It intended use is to pump the fuel from the land based oil wells to the tanker cars. The distance of the oil wells to the train tracks vary. The default max length is 500m but it can be overwritten by the keypad. Other than that just connect the pump car to the tanker car. Activate the winches and pumps and off you go to the refinery.
Pulleys bypass the winch length maximum by keeping the hose length between the winch and pulley. This allows
"infinite" hose lengths.
