Vanilla XCOM Laser Weapons

Adds vanilla-style laser weapons from XCOM: Enemy Unknown (Enemy Within), featuring custom gunshot sounds and laser beams. They are sidegrades of charged/magnetic weapons with faster firing rate and slightly less accuracy.
