Introduce
You can request a loan from factions.
If there is interest and cannot be paid back in time, they will attack.
Factions sell a war bond.
Bond prices change over time.
You can use the bond to ask for help or keep it to get a item reward.

What can I do with bonds?
If you have a bonds, you will receive a gift of the faction every quarter.
Request military aid.
When the price goes up, you can make a profit by selling it.

Loan work is possible through the Comms console.

War bonds are sold by traders.
