RAT Arvicola - Amphibious UniCon Cargo Truck
BACKGROUND
RAT is the world's second largest manufacturer of construction, industrial and material handling equipment, producing an line-up of equipment for different uses.
The RAT Arvicola is a diesel-electric cargo truck, powered by a supercharged 10-cylinder engine, designed for transporting UniCon cargo to nearby islands or otherwise unreachable destinations, as well to vessels unable to dock. The cargo deck can secure one UniCon cargo container and the crane allows easy loading and offloading on land.
