Curtiss F9C-2 Sparrowhawk Biplane Parasite Fight
The F9C was built as a parasite fighter for the two flying aircraft carriers of the US Navy, the USS Akron and Macon. Around 7-10 were built but all except one was lost due to the Akron and Macon accidents. Both the Macon and Akron could store up to five F9C:s in the storage bay but with only one launch trapeze it certainly wasn't a fast process to load and unload them.
