The Dragon class is an innovative lifeboat design giving it the ability to travel both sea and land
its land role is mostly for short distance
being a life boat it has crazy range, but slow speed and extremely good survive-ability to harsh weather

it can only be spawned on land due to its large side door that must be closed from the inside!
this boat can be spawned in hangers or coast guard outpost!
