A radio controller that has priority and is combinable.

(where it says microphone can be connected to any audio input)
In priority
1st microcontroller: (Highest Priority)
Input 1 - Microphone
Input 2 - Microphone
Input 3 - Microphone
Input 4 - Microphone
Handheld Radios (Input 5) - Transmission from 2nd Microcontroller
2nd Microcontroller
Input 1 - Microphone
Input 2 - Microphone
Input 3 - Micro...
