This vehicle... is the ULTIMATE R.U.E. (Rescue, Underwater, Exploration). I say this because it has 2 water jets for propulsion (~250 MPH). The depth is infinite but with the "depth crush mod" can go to the default depth (100 meters), I literally just googled it so I don't know really know if its an armor thing but whatever. and finally the exploration, with the ability to submerge you can explore some of the underwater caves and ruins. and with the ability to glide on top of the water you can explore islands.
