Reactor Start Sequence:
1. IF NOT ALREADY SET - "Coolant Pumps" and "Reactor Impellers" to ON, "Fuel Rod Insertion" lever to 0.2
2. Observe generator pressure rise until "Generator Undervolt" warning light OFF
3. "Steam Turbine Choke" to ON
4. "Steam Turbine Throttle" to MAX
5. Observe shaft RPM gauges until all three are equal and near 3200 RPM
6. "Electric Motor Throttle" to MAX (If warning to disengage electric motors triggers, step 2 was not done, disengage motors until sufficient generator power)
7. Reactor will self moderate and requires no further input
