Dominant Gene

Adds new dominant gene. Description: The germline genes of the person carrying this gene are particularly assertive in expression, and will enforce the xenotype onto the child. Idea: On birth, copies all endogenes and xenotype of parent with the dominant gene. If both parents have dominant gene, then mod will not affect child and child will inherit random genes of both parents(default behaviour).
