What is this?
It's a gyro, optimized for helicopter,
also works on boat, ship, submarine, plane, even more after customized.
How to install?
Connect 2 composite signal and 4 number signals, and it should work.
Properties:
Key Bindings - Set way to control vehicle...
Collective Mode - determine way to control the collective, for PRO helicopter pilot, you can try manual mode to get full control, or use Auto to let the gyro deal with collective.
Reverse Yaw - if your helicopter spins, try reverse it.
Fix Rotor - For single main rotor helicopters and needs of mix-controls.
Adjust these for better stability:
Fix Pit By Col - Change it if your helicopter change pitch angle when climb. Value should between -1 ~ 1.
Fix Rol By Yaw - Change it if your helicopter change roll angle when yaw. Value should between -1 ~ 1.
Fix Yaw By Col - Change it if your helicopter change yaw angle when climb. Value should between -1 ~ 1.
Fix Rol By Pit - Change it if your helicopter change roll angle when pitch. Value should between -1 ~ 1.
Max Y Speed - The max speed for helicopters. The default value 80 mps means your will need to point the horizon line with your rotor...(90 degree pitch). For realism, it may around 65 I guess.
Min Col - The minim collective when auto mode. Default is good.
Manual Col Mtpl - Collective Multiplier when Manual Collective mode.
Adjust these for better responsibility :
PID parameters - AS means angular speed, P , I, D, and PM means P max, IM means I max.
If your helicopter vibrate, lower the PIDs.
For more agility, higher the AS parameters and also adjust PIDs.
For Planes, Ships, there is no demo currently.
