"The Journey of Daisan Oshima"
[i]In the gentle waves off the coast of Japan, where the Seto Inland Sea glimmers beneath the rising sun, a humble ferry was born in the year 1979. Crafted with care and precision by the skilled hands at Kawamoto Shipbuilding and Ironworks, she was christened Daisan Oshima, named after the proud island of Oshima, her home and the heart of her purpose.[/i]

[i]Daisan Oshima wasn’t flashy or fast, but she was reliable. With a sturdy hull and a dependable engine, she carried villagers, schoolchildren, and merchants across the calm and sometimes stormy waters that separated the many islands of Japan’s southern coasts. Through typhoons and sunshine, she was a quiet constant, always ready, always waiting.[/i]
[i]She was the first of the [b]Kawamoto Sisters[/b] that includes [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3458347454]Daijuu Kan'On[/url], and [b]Lucky Maru(WIP)[/b] being the youngest. Oshima being the oldest of the 3, after the opening of the Oshima Bridge and Hakata Bridge meant that ships had to be larger. And the ship was made a reserve ship, and came to dominate Imabari Port. As a result, the ship was often seen chartered for operations around Shisakajima and special services to Iwakuni Base during Golden Week.[/i]
[i]However, following the discontinuation of the ferry service by Geiyo Kanko Ferry ( now Geiyo Kisen ) in 2008 , the ship was renamed ``Daigo Ehime'' and chartered, and was retired in 2009 and sold to the Sawyer Isles.[/i]
[i]The Ferry who is Iconic to Locals. The one who brought families together, , and who faithfully bore fresh produce and cargo through every season. Children would wave as she came into port, and old fishermen tipped their hats to her steel bow. She was the pride of Oshima, a floating thread stitching island lives together.[/i]

[i]Years passed, and Japan changed. New ferries came, sleek and modern, with computerized systems and shiny paint. Daisan Oshima, though still strong, began to feel her age. One autumn morning, she made her final crossing for Oshima. The townsfolk gathered to wave her off, a gentle farewell for a faithful friend.[/i]

[i]Across the sea, in a distant archipelago known as the Sawyer Isles, a need arose for a ferry one not just for transportation, but for trust and endurance. [b]Sawyer Marine Transportation Corporation[/b], searching far and wide, found Daisan Oshima. Recognizing her strength and soul, they brought her across the ocean. There, she was repainted, refurbished, and renamed [b]Sawyer Shuttle Ferry 23.[/b][/i]
[i]She entered service on 2009, In Sawyer Isles serving typically in Terminal Spycakes - Terminal Camodo since the bridge wasn't built yet only stopped on Terminal Camodo. Transporting coal miners, workers, etc. She mainly transport construction equipment since she was also used as a reserve ship back in oshima transporting construction equipment. [/i]

[i]At last, after decades of service spanning oceans and generations, she was retired with honor. She was docked at North Harbor. no longer ferrying, the great oshima that pioneered the Sawyer Isles, being placed in North Harbor Ship Museum as the Legendary Oshima.[/i]
[i]From Oshima to the Sawyer Isles, from 1979 to a well-earned rest, Daisan Oshima—the little ferry with the big hearproved that even humble vessels can leave behind legends.[/i]

[i]The Ship is inspired by the real Daisan Oshima/Super Shuttle Ferry 23 that served in Hagnaya Route in Cebu Philippines a very special tribute to my childhood ferry that i used to ride she is now resting in San Fernado Shipyard left to die along with [b] 3rd Ganne/SSF 3 a very sad fate : ( [/b] [/i]

Manual Start Up
Step.1 - Head To The Engine Room And Turn All The Electric Breakers Located In The Main Control Panel
Step.2 - Turn On The Pump Key(Below The Breakers), Air Compressor And Bildge Pump located next The Engine ( Portside/Left)
Step.3 - Turn On The Master Key Located In The Engine
Hydraulics are placed in the bridge for easy use when undocking/docking
To turn on the monitor and stabilizer its located next to the throttle at the bottom of the instrument panels
Make Sure You Turn Off INFINITE ELECTRICITY To Turn off the Annoying Hydraulics Sound
