What it adds:
- Desks: a place to learn, each with their own type with improved learning at higher levels
- Chalk boards: link to desks to improve learning at a faster rate
- Bookshelves: Different versions for different skills ie shooting, animals, medecine, etc.. as well as joy and spacer joy.
- Lockers: a decoration
- Books: with 4 types, textbook, book, PAM's, and data cores
- Authors desk and printing press: for making books and paper

How does it work?:
Simple, click on a desk, add the bill you want to learn, and assign colonists to the learning work tab.. thats it, simple right? No need for teachers, however colonists will learn better if the have a chalkboard nearby as well as they can learn with books for an increased gain.
