A collection of storytelling stories from the Nexus universe, featuring Athena, Gabriel, and Maya. Each story is designed for different situations, usually for games that I've modified or roleplayed.
Below is a brief description of what you can expect.
(Warning: These storytellers should be used from the start of a game to see their full potential.)
[Gabriel Necros]
Gabriel Necros doesn't waste time on trivialities.
He's not interested in minor annoyances or insignificant events. His world is one of constant war, where only those prepared to withstand sieges and counterattack without hesitation survive.
What can you expect?
-Fewer irrelevant minor events.
-Frequent major threats.
-Organized raids and constant military pressure.
-Diseases present from the start.
-Allied support… though even that might mean more combat.
Gabriel offers an intense yet structured experience.
It's not mindless chaos: it's a military campaign where every defense counts.
(Excellent for games with Rimwar)
[Athena Necros]
“Order is power. Growth is inevitable.”
Athena Nexus rules with stability and imperial vision.
She will allow you to build your ideal colony… but never forget that every empire is tested.
What can you expect?
-Relatively stable periods of growth.
-Organized waves of major threats.
-A thriving economy with traders and visitors.
-Increasing pressure if your colony expands too much.
-Severe punishment in the mid-game.
Athena doesn't seek to destroy you from day one. She lets you grow… and then assesses whether you truly deserve to continue doing so.
[Athena Madre de Todo]
Athena, Mother of All, is not fair.
She does not seek balance. She offers no respite. This storyteller is designed to shatter colonies.
What can you expect?
-Constant threats with barely a moment's rest.
-Multiple, simultaneous incursions.
-Devastating environmental events.
-Mechanoids, psychic disasters, and natural catastrophes.
-Brutal pressure on large colonies.
Here, you don't build a utopia. You build desperate refuges while the world tries to destroy you.
Warning: Not recommended for new players.
Difficulty: Extreme
Ideal for: Veterans seeking the most relentless challenge possible.
[Maya Necros]
"Cool mind. Steel body."
Maya Necros sees every RimWorld as a permanent battlefield.
For her, peace is an illusion, and war is the natural state of the universe.
What can you expect?
- Frequent, large-scale threats.
- Constant raids triggered by Raid Beacon.
- Aggressive environmental events.
- Less trading, more combat.
- Sustained military pressure from the early game.
Maya is designed for "Total War" style games.
There's no time to relax. Only time to prepare for the next attack. Excellent for games with Warhammer mods.
Difficulty: Very high and constant
Ideal for: Players who enjoy continuous combat and killboxing
